Sproos, operated by CSE Holdings LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), provides a home management platform available at sproos.ai and through the Sproos mobile app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Sproos. By using Sproos, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: your name and email address when you create an account.
• Home data: property address, home details, and information you provide about your home.
• Inspection documents: PDF inspection reports and other documents you upload.
• Photos and images: photos of your home and rooms that you capture or upload through the app.
• Usage data: how you interact with the platform, via PostHog analytics.
• Device information: push notification tokens used to deliver maintenance reminders and alerts.

We use PostHog for product analytics across our website and app. This covers usage and page interaction data, such as pages viewed, links clicked, and waitlist sign-ups, and it relies on cookies and similar technologies to measure activity. We use this only to understand and improve the product. We do not sell this data.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Sproos home management service.
• To generate your home profile, action plan, and maintenance calendar.
• To send you service-related emails, such as account confirmation and setup completion.
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
• We do not use your data to train AI models.

4. Data Storage and Security

• Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides our database and file storage.
• Inspection reports and documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage.
• We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

• You may request access to your personal data at any time.
• You may delete your account and all associated data at any time using the account deletion feature in the app, or by contacting us at privacy@sproos.ai.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase: database and authentication.
• Anthropic: AI-powered data extraction. Your data is not used for model training.
• Resend: transactional email delivery.
• PostHog: analytics.
• Google: authentication via Google Sign-In.
• Apple: authentication via Sign in with Apple.
• Google Places: address lookup and autocomplete.
• Expo and Apple Push Notification service: push notification delivery.
• Sentry: error monitoring and crash reporting.
• Vercel: web hosting and serverless functions.
• ATTOM Data Solutions: public property data enrichment.

7. Children’s Privacy

Sproos is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@sproos.ai and we will delete it.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account using the in-app account deletion feature, all associated data, including your home profile, inspection documents, photos, projects, maintenance records, and conversation history, is permanently deleted immediately. We do not retain copies of deleted account data.
